November

November

Happy end of Daylight Savings time! I looked and I realized it has been a while since my last newsletter. I started school and I really went all in with my new lessons that I spent all summer creating. The good news is that the students really like what we are doing so far :)

Some big updates are the shows I will be in this month:

The First is at the Hoover High School Studio 525. I was invited to show work there for the month of November. I have about 12 pieces on display and the gallery "Opening" will be this Friday, November 6th from 5:30-7PM.

The second show I am a part of this month is the annual "Stark County Artist Exhibition" at the Massillon Museum. My piece "Spot Free Rinse" was selected from the entries that I submitted. The opening for this show is this Saturday from 5:30-8PM and the show runs until early January. I created this piece based on photographs that I take in the car wash, and tried to translate the motion of the soap being rinsed from the car.

Finally, I will be vending at a holiday market this "Small Business Saturday" at Belltower Brewing Company in Kent, Ohio. I am hoping to sell lots of coaster set and some small artworks.

I know it is a busy time for me, but I hope I will see you at some of these events! I hope everyone has a safe an happy start to fall, and a warm cozy time as we creep toward the Holdays!
